Pebbles Flintstone

20 Mar

Look closely…

No, that isn’t Pebbles Flintstone, that’s the little boy that I picked up from daycare today.

And that right there… that’s his first ponytail courtesy of his daycare teacher.  Also pictured: his clean fork and his preferred food delivery mechanism, his filthy hand.  Pay no attention to said fist mushing a large mound of ravioli into his mouth.  Because, dude has a little palm tree ponytail!  Isn’t it cute?  Tim didn’t really think so…

Luke’s teacher does all the little girls’ hair each morning – pigtails and pony tails.  This usually goes unnoticed by my manly man, but today, Miss Angella reported, Luke stood right next to the updo station and repeatedly patted his chest — the baby sign for please.  After a few minutes of “please” and pointing to his hair, his teacher relented and Pebbles joined his friends for the day.

Too cute, and also should be retained for “bribing” material when he is 8 years old!!!!!
