Tim found these recipes and we made them last week.

1) Totally Tangy Baked French Fries – These were totally tangy. I think I over indulged in the cayenne pepper though – as I’m prone to do – as they had a killer spicy after-taste.  Not sure if they are worth the fuss for future fry attempts.  I’ll probably stick with garlic and Parmesan cheese moving forward.

2) Amy’s Delicious Turkey Burgers – Tim spotted this recipe while looking for a turkey burger recipe to try out for Mother’s Day.  It was rather easy and quite good.  You don’t taste the cheese crackers when eating them – although the burger does have a nice overall flavor that is a little richer than your standard turkey burger fare.  We used goldfish crackers and have enough left over to make these again.
