Sigh, these posts are falling by the wayside, as are our tasty dinners.  Anyone else feel fully equipped to prepare lovely dinners Mon-Wed and then completely incapable of toasting bread by Thursday night?  Regardless, here’s this week’s new finds…

1) Asian Pork Tenderloin – Very, very good!  We put this into the marinade the night before and it was quick to cook on a weeknight.  I’d highly recommend giving it a go.

2) Kentucky Biscuits – Can’t remember if I’ve shared this one before, but it is my go to biscuit recipe (I usually half it).
