From the Kitchen (last week)

Yeah, yeah… late in posting. I’m also late in cleaning, doing the laundry and a whole buncha other stuff.

1) Pasta with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce – Very, very tasty.  Even if you make it with walnuts instead of the pine nuts, because when you go to buy the pine nuts you freak out in the grocery store since they cost $5 for a bag as large as my palm.  I digress…

2) Sausage & Pepper Sandwiches – Tim’s recipe find and suggestion.  Also very tasty… even if you throw a giant fit when making it because it is Friday night and you’d rather have gotten carry out.  I digress…
