Conversation with Lucas:”Do you think Mommy is going to have a boy or a girl?”
Lucas – “A boy.”
Mommy – “A boy? A brother? Okay, well what should we call your brother?”
<long pause as he ponders the question… you can tell he doesn’t really understand it>
Lucas – “We should call him… on da phone.”
Yup, for those who haven’t heard, Lucas time as an only child will be expiring this July. And even though we’ve known for months now, Tim and I are still in a bit of shock. Lucas is using my belly button as a direct line to his baby and kindly has been offering it toys to play with — we imagine his generous sharing will also expire around July, but none the less, are thrilled at the prospect of adding another bundle to our family.
